Teeth Whitening
What is Professional Teeth Whitening?
Teeth whitening is a safe, effective treatment that lifts stains and brightens the natural shade of your teeth. Helping you achieve a fresher, more confident smile.
At Crafted Dental, we use premium, dentist-approved whitening products that deliver noticeable results in just a few weeks.
What To Expect
Your whitening journey begins with a quick appointment at the clinic, where we’ll take digital scans of your teeth to create perfectly fitted whitening trays. Once your trays are ready, you’ll receive a full whitening kit, including:
4 syringes of professional-grade whitening gel
A sensitivity relief pen to keep you comfortable
A custom tray storage case
Full instructions within the kit, as well as guidance from our team whenever you need it
We recommend using the kit for 3 weeks to reach your optimal shade, with results that will give you a brighter, even and noticeably whiter smile. This version of professional whitening allows you to be in control of the end shade of your teeth, so you can stop before the 3 weeks if you prefer a more natural white.

FAQs
-
With good maintenance, typically results can last 6–12 months.
You’ll keep your trays for future top-ups, and we’ll advise you on how to maintain your new shade once we see how your teeth react to the gels. Most Patients will complete top up whitening every 6 months or so.
-
Some people experience mild sensitivity, but the sensitivity relief pen included in your kit helps keep discomfort minimal. We’ll guide you on how to use it.
During your consultation we will ask if you already have sensitive teeth, if so, we even have kits for sensitive teeth. The sensitive teeth kit with the sensitivity pen should keep any discomfort to a minimum.
-
Absolutely!
Over-the-counter kits contain much lower concentrations of whitening agents and don’t use custom trays, making them less effective and sometimes risky.
Our system is safe, predictable, designed around you and you have access to professional help whenever you should need it.
-
Whitening works only on natural enamel. If you have visible dental work, we can discuss your options and make sure you know what to expect.
Most patients who have visible dental work opt for a course of whitening along with further work such as replacing the visible crown or getting composite bonding on the effected tooth.
-
Everyone’s smile responds differently, but most patients see a noticeable improvement of several shades. The goal is always a bright, healthy-looking result, never overdone or unnatural.
As you are completing the treatment at home, you are in full control of how white you make your smile. If you like your shade before the 3 weeks is up, you can stop then and use the remainder of your whitening gels again in 6 months time to top up.
